Confidentiality

The coach/hypnotherapist respects the clients' right to privacy. There are two levels of confidentiality Aline practices depending on the situation:

Complete confidentiality: if the client is an individual, nothing is shared outside the coach/therapist-client relationship.

Limited confidentiality: If the client works for an organization, the coach/therapist reports back to the organization but only on issues that management requests. The coach/therapist is available to meet with the client and client's manager periodically.

The coach/hypnotherapist will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use an information received from the client for the coach/therapist's own benefit. The coach/therapist will not give out the name of any client as a reference without that client's consent.

The coaching/hypnotherapy relationship is confidential unless the Client chooses to tell someone about it.
